-Deliveries to overseas addresses

I have changed shipping to NZ post-tracked air satchel to try to get prioritised over the regular post to speed things up. But, due to the high volume of parcels in the network and the limited flights to airfreight please expect delivery delays.

It can be up 2-4 weeks, I know it’s pretty crazy but that’s the situation.

I apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

A quality product is my priority and I am consistently pushing for this in every new batch of rules made. But, mistakes or errors can happen every now and again it’s just the nature of the beast, If you have any issues send me an email and I will sort it out.
